Our Fitness & Age Guidelines

To get the most out of our holidays you should be able to walk over varying terrain for a couple of hours at a time.

Our age guidelines are 14-80. Please let us know if you are outside these guidelines. We do sometimes take fit guests who are a little above or below these ages that feel comfortable with what we offer.

Our Cancellation Policy

We ask for a C$1,000 deposit per person at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days before arrival. Payments are non-refundable except as below.

If you cancel more than 120 days before your planned arrival we will return half of your deposit.

We advise you take out trip cancellation insurance. Unfortunately we cannot make exceptions to our refund policy on compassionate grounds.

Liability

Please note we do not accept liability where the cause in the failure of your holiday arrangements is due to unusual or unforeseeable circumstances that neither we or our agents could have anticipated or avoided even with the exercise of all due care (for example wildfires, airline strikes, pandemics, etc.)
